Ice maker got a problem in the first year. After fixing for 2-3 times, they replaced a new one for us. However, less than 8 years, all kinds of problem popped out one after another. Thank God we had insurance which covered more than $800 repair cost, but after less than 6 months it got noises

Very disappointing. I had purchased a Bosch refrigerator November 2018 believing I was purchasing a quality product. However less than 4 years later the refrigerator has failed. All other brands of refrigerators I have had have lasted 15-20 years from prior homes with existing refrigerators. The Bosch only has a one year warranty. I will never purchase another Bosch product when there are so many other brands that are much more reliable.

Nothing but problems. From the inherently defective ice maker to the constant repair calls and service at $119 an hr. Next time there's an issue, I'm calling Lowes and having a Whirlpool delivered.
