I bought this as my gift to myself for my birthday in Jan.This is one of the best appliances I bought, very good Value for my money. Very good burn on the burners and easy to clean.This is also my first Maytag appliance, I will definitely buy Maytag as my next appliance .

I've only had this a week now but I'm loving the new cooktop. Love the power burner and the low simmer is wonderful. I made soup and was able to leave on cooktop for hours on the simmer burner without having to check every little bit to see if it was burning on bottom or boiling too hot. I used to have to drag out my slow cooker to simmer soup for any length of time. It took a little bit of time to get used to offset back burners but once I got used to it I love the cooktop. The stainless burner controls are nice and heavy, no melting plastic like last cooktop I had.
