Super disappointed. Does't extract any steam or smoke on low, med or high. Super loud on high - too loud to use. All very inconsistent with the marketing of this product. Whirlpool sent a tech out and they said working as it should b/c it can hold a piece of paper put directly on the vent when on high, even though we can demo that it doesn't pull it towards it at all from 8 inches below or pull any smoke or steam period. Completely useless and no help from Whirlpool and unfortunately now we are stuck with it. Buyer beware.

Overall, we're pleased with this hood. FYI, the LED lights are cool white (>3000k) and cannot be dimmed.
Very less noise on stage 1 and 2. Works fine.
