Frigidaire 25.5 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator

If I could give zero stars, I would. This refrigerator has been trouble from the start. We have replaced every shelf in the fridge door...at least twice, and several other parts that should not break every 6 months. We've spent hundreds of dollars replacing parts that we never had to replace on other refrigerators. We could've bought a new refrigerator...if we hadn't spent so much money on this flawed design, which relies on the tensile strength of plastic(!) to support groceries in a cantilevered manner. Shame on Frigidaire designers and manufacturers.

I just plain hate it. Freezer side: Constantly over producing ice cubes that fall out of the bin. The food shelves need something on the front to hold the food (frozen food jumps out on you when you open the door). Bottom drawer constantly sticks even with clean tracks. Door plastic bins are cheaply made and break easily. One broke at the holding hinge. Replacement bins are too expensive to replace. Doesn't "lock" in place. I'm constantly bumping into them knocking them off. Refrigerator side: water filter in the way of tall items. Needs a longer lasting filter like 1yr and something like a small blinking light to warn us it needs replacing reminding us. My old fridge, oh I do miss, didn't have a filter. Pull out drawers constantly stick.Outer doors: After several attempts, they just don't line up properly and make a rubbing sound. Ice dispenser releases the cubes too fast and in large quantities scaring the heck out of you and over filling your glass. My dogs now wait for the cubes to hit the floor. Crush ice is fine. Makes all kinds of LOUD noises. Internal space, too small. I miss my old fridge! Only thing(s) good, I like the digital display to control the temperature and it looks good in my kitchen. Overall, it's cheaply made. I hate it period!

This refrigerator barely fits In the standard cutout in my house, it does have some decent space but the I continuously have problems with the ice maker. Have to keep calling out the technician to fix the problem with the ice machine. Problem is the ice is there but it won’t come out and sounds to be getting stuck sometimes it corrects itself until completely stuck then have to call for someone to come out and fix my 3 year warranty is almost up so I guess after this I wo int have an ice distributor when it goes out again smh need to do better guys for this price just get another brand if you can

I have had the fridge for 3 years. I change the water filter as needed. I recently bought a water filter for it, Frigidaire pure source type wf3cb and with in a week, the water was Corning out of the fridge slower than normal and the ice cubes where half the sizeCan the water filter be defective?
