Frigidaire 18 Cu. Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator

I brought the fridge in may last year for my tenant. It stop working since April 15 a technician tha the company sent, came recommended a complete sealed job, compressor not working properly, and so one.The company keeps turning me around without a resolution while my tenant is mad at me leaving with no help.NO GOOD

I bought this at Lowe's as a returned/repaired scratch and dent for $399. For that price, I'm happy for use in a rental property. Otherwise, I would have never bought Frigidaire because the interior parts are cheaply made and break easily. But for $399 I took a chance. Otherwise I only buy Whirlpool.

We bought this refrigerator last year. Overall, I love the look of it, it's simple, and the layout is fine. Our huge problem is that it just doesn't keep things cold. The freezer doesn't seem to actually freeze well at all (for example: ice cream being softer than soft serve). And it seems like food in the refrigerator goes bad faster (milk, etc.). We've followed all of the specifications and checked everything but it just doesn't seem to do its job well. I don't like giving negative reviews but unfortunately this hasn't been great for us.

I bought this refrigerator in July 2020 to replace the same model that I had used in the garage for 8 years which stopped working. Lowes advertised it as garage ready. Well it was not an this winter food in the freezer thawed and had to be thrown out. Call for repair and found it is only garage ready if you purchase the add on thermostat kit for $170.00 so that it operates if the garage temperature drops below 55 degrees. Now with this kit it will run as long as temperature is above 35 degrees.Disappointed in garage ready and having to pay $170.00 more to fix it.
