Paid for this oven in Sept. 2018 from a locally owned appliance store, understanding they would order it, expected delivery 4-6 weeks. Finally was installed mid-Dec. Frigidaire took a bit longer than quoted. Now on to the performance...it's TERRIBLE! Everything from start (quick preheat) to finish, terrible. The quick preheat buzzes in 3-4 minutes, oven temp is only at 180 for a 350 preheat, wait another 10 minutes still not at 350. If/when it does reach temp, it doesn't hold. The temp in the top oven doesn't reach temp, bottom, too hot. Read manual and did the recommended adjustments....no, that didn't work. We are now on our third service call. I'm hoping at some point, I am able to come back with a great update to this review. Frigidaire you have greatly disappointed.

We built a new home and installed the Frigidaire Gallery series for all kitchen appliances. My ovens were a delight during our first holiday season in new home. So pleased that they both bake evenly, are very quick to reach desired temperatures, the doors and racks are very sturdy and well made, controls have numerous-handy functions and are easy to use. The self-cleaning process works great; There has been no necessity to use the steam-cleaning process yet. And the Gallery line is very attractive. Love them

It works great for what I bake and cook! It came with a scratch on the door handle and upon contacting them, they sent a new handle, no questions asked. Great customer service!

Top oven is so loud. Sounds like an airport when using. Everything takes much longer to cook than should and baking is a guessing game. Top will brown but middle will still be raw. To get it done have to cover with foil to keep top from burning. We calibrated but didnât help. Called customer service for help when we first purchased and was told the noise is normal. Havenât called about the baking issue.

I love my new double wall oven. The oven I had to replace was high end and had to be serviced two times for the same issue. Make no mistake, i enjoy cooking so i needed an appliance that could step up to the challenge, but look nice. Convection and the temp probe feature is a must have. I am a very satisfied customer. If i had one little thing to bring to attention, it would be the level of noise the cooling fan puts out. Although, noticeable it is tolerable.
