Whirlpool 35-inches wide Gold® Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator - 20 cu. ft.

My front display circuit board is fried. Where can I get a new one. And for a decent price. Fridge has always been trusty and was evwn my only appliance that survived Hurricane Harvey.

I like the freezer drawer on the bottom, although it doesn’t seem like it’s quite enough room. One problem we have been having is that the ice maker stops working for a while. It’s under warranty, and they’re coming to look at it today. Hopefully it’s an easy fix.

We have one of these refrigerators in our month old Redwood 5th wheel and the water filter connector has leaked from the first day. I contacted Whirlpool and a service rep made an appointment to inspect and confirmed that it indeed was leaking. Parts were ordered and a date was set but I was informed that because it was installed in an RV it was my responsibility to remove the fridge from the cabinet for service. The repair day was the day after Thanksgiving and since I was off of work that day I asked a co-worker to give me a hand pulling it out. Two days before the repair day the service folks called and said that my repair date had been moved to the following Wednesday. Now I would have to take a day off of work and my co-worked is unable to assist with removing the unit. I declined the repair since I can't remove it by my self. At that point I decided to just buy the part and repair it when I can get someone to help me pull it out. I now find that the part is over $100.00 plus shipping. We have always had Whirlpool appliances when we owned a home but now I'm pretty disappointed in the repair company Whirlpool uses.

We have had this fridge now for 4 years. It was great in the first year, but has now become so very loud. Trying to vacuum out the bottom is near impossible. Opened up the back and taken off the front grill to vacuum and am not able to get to all parts to clean it. So disappointed. Especially since we already had to replace a whirlpool dishwasher we bought at the same time.

I am really disappointed with this refrigerator. We moved into a new home and had a different refrigerator picked out and realized we needed counter depth. We paid an additional $600 for this fridge! I expected the fridge to be excellent. Everytime we use the ice maker dispenser we have to pick ice up off the floor because it spits it everywhere. When guests come over they are shocked when they use the water/ice maker dispenser and apologize for making such a mess. We have to explain to them how terrible the fridge is and help them clean it up. It has been very frustrating. I am looking for a solution for this. Any suggetions? The space inside the fridge is very restrictive as well.
