Constant Repairs

We purchased this four years ago. Thus far, it has needed 2 oven fans replaced ($600 for the first one, and the second one was under the repairman's warranty), 2 main control boards replaced ($220 each, and I swapped those myself), and last night the broiler caught the oven on fire. The first repair was required a little over a year after purchase, and Whirlpool was of absolutely no help when I contacted them about it, as the warranty is strictly one year. I'm done with this one, and I'm junking it as I could have bought a new oven for all these repairs. Avoid this at all costs.

Broiler and knob problems

Have had this for about a year. The knobs are all cracked inside. The broiler has a low flame, and shuts off when I open the door

Had a F8E0 error similar to other reviewers. The fan and sensors were working fine, but computer was nonfunctional. The electronic control board is sandwiched between the front burners and oven and the technician, upon dismantling, showed me how exposed the computer is. Ridiculous design where the computer element is in such a way. Repair costs for this is equivalent to buying a new oven, which is what we'll be doing rather than go through this again in a few months.
