Frigidaire 20.5 Cu. Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator

I purchased this appliance within the last couple of months, was a replacement to my old frigidaire refrigerator that I had for 13 years without any issues, So I knew I was going back to the same brand. I guess it's like everyone says....they just don't make things like they use too. First, there is no light in the freezer, which means I have to turn the light on in the kitchen or open the bottom half of the refrigerator so I could have light to look in the freezer. The side sheleves on the refrigerator, omg, easily fall off when you open or try to close the door. I refuse to put anything that has any weight, ex. Bottle of wine, can of cream, ketchup, mustard. Nothing that will hit the shelves. I've broken two bottles of wine just opening the refrigerator and everything just plunges to the floor and the side shelves just csme falling off. The Handle to the refrigerator door completely broke off; and I had to call customer service to order a new one, which they sent me two replacements for free. So I'm thankful for that - other than that. The only thing I can say positive is that the refrigerator/freezer is roomy, it keeps my food cold and the freezer keeps items frozen. I don't like to leave negative comments but this is one purchase that I have serious regrets about. I give two stars just based on the size, room, and that it works.

I generally like this refrigerator even though it makes a lot of noise. The big problem is the handles are made of cheap plastic and they break repeatedly. All of the plastic parts in the interior likewise are cheap plastic and they break easily. Not a great purchase--I wouldn't do it again.

Really like the ease of cleaning this fridge. Everything comes apart super easy for fast and effective cleaning. It does make a few noises now and then, but once you get used to it, it's ok. The black finish shows smudges but that's normal with any black product. Wipes offs are a breeze.

There is plenty of room on the inside for our needs. Nice big storage shelves on the door.

I bought another frigidaire because I have never had any problems with them, this one is good so far. Noisy motor and if you close the refrigerator door too hard the pressure will pop the freezer door open so I have to make sure every time I close the fridge door the freezer stays closed
